    You can book online or contact us via phone/WhatsApp. Simply pick your preferred car, confirm availability, and we’ll handle the rest. Delivery is usually arranged at your convenience.

  • 2. Why is a security deposit required?

    A refundable deposit covers potential RTA fines, damages, or theft. It’s typically released within 30 days. We also offer Zero Deposit options.

  • 3. Can I rent a car without a credit card?

    Absolutely. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards for both rentals and deposits. A credit card pre-authorization is faster for refunds but not mandatory. We also accept crypto!

  • 4. Can someone else drive the rental besides me?

    The renter is the primary driver. An additional driver can be added at the start of your rental for a small fee.

  • 5. Can I rent a car with a new driving license in Dubai?

    Yes. However, insurance terms may differ if your license is under six months old. You could be liable for any additional fees set by the insurance provider.

  • 7. What extra costs might I incur?

    Possible additional charges include Salik (toll), fuel, parking, or delivery beyond 35 km. We’ll add these to your invoice as necessary.

  • 8. Why do I need a credit card to rent a car?

    A credit card is often used for a security deposit block, covering fines or tolls if they occur. Once the car is returned, the block is released. We do have deposit-free options as well.

  • 8. What type of driver’s license is valid in the UAE, and do I need an international one?
    • UAE Residents: A valid UAE license.
    • GCC Visitors: A valid GCC driving license.
    • Other Visitors: An international driving license is typically required.
  • 9. When will I get my security deposit back?

    We generally refund deposits via cash or online transfer within 30 days of return. Bank transfer fees, if any, are the renter’s responsibility.

  • 10. What’s the minimum rental age?

    The primary driver must be at least 23 with a valid UAE license. Drivers aged 18–22 may rent under certain conditions and additional fees.

  • 11. Who covers traffic violations?

    All traffic fines or penalties are the renter’s responsibility. We strongly encourage following UAE traffic laws for everyone’s safety.

  • 12. What if there’s a breakdown or accident?

    We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. Call the police (999) for an official report, then contact us. Insurance coverage may be void without a valid police report.

  • 13. Can I pick up the car in one location and return it somewhere else?

    TURBOVISTA Rent a Car offers 24hr breakdown and roadside assistance. If a vehicle is involved in an accident, the car should not be moved, unless the damage is minor, and the vehicle is causing an obstruction. The Renter should call the police (999) and obtain a police report to be submitted to TURBOVISTA Rent a Car. Please note that insurance cover is void if a valid police report is not provided. Kindly notify our Customer Care Department about the incident and a replacement vehicle will be arranged if required.

  • 14. Yes. We can arrange drop-off at different TURBOVISTA locations or the airport. A minimal drop-off fee may apply.

    Yes, an additional driver can be added for a minimal charge. Kindly inform the TURBOVISTA Rent a Car front desk at the time of the rental and make sure that the additional driver’s documents a passport, and a valid driving license are submitted to the TURBOVISTA representative.

  • 15. What if I return the car late?

    Any extension past your booked period may incur an extra day’s charge or an hourly fee, depending on availability.

  • 16. Can I extend my rental period?

    Yes, if the car is available. Let us know before your booking ends, and we’ll update your contract accordingly.
